I’m Denis, and I do this work alone — by choice. When you book with me, I’m the one who shows up, identifies your fabric, selects the right chemistry, and does every step of the clean. No crews, no delegation, no surprises.
I understand fabric. I understand chemistry. I know what breaks down oil-based stains versus protein-based ones, and I’ll be honest about what I can and can’t fix before we start.
The Double Clean Method
Why "double" — and why it matters
Most cleaners use detergent and call it done. The problem: alkaline cleaning agents left in the fiber attract new dirt faster and cause stains to wick back as the foam dries. I do two passes.
Fabric ID & pre-treat
Every fabric gets tested — fiber type, colorfastness, weave. Then I apply the right enzyme or soil-lifter for what’s actually in there.
Hot-water extraction
A professional steam extractor pushes hot water through the fibers and vacuums it back out, pulling soil from inside the cushion.
pH-neutralizing rinse
This is the step most cleaners skip. An acidic rinse neutralizes the alkaline detergent and prevents soil from being drawn back as it dries.
Groom, dry, inspect
I set the nap, speed dry the fabric, and walk you through the result before I leave.
Results
Stains come back when the chemistry is wrong.
If your sofa was cleaned before and the spots reappeared within a few weeks, it wasn’t a fluke. Alkaline cleaner left in the fiber acts like a wick — as moisture evaporates, it pulls trapped soil back to the surface.
The neutralizing rinse breaks that cycle. It’s not a marketing claim — it’s basic chemistry.
